Bridge Relocation Initiatives (BRI) is a Massachusetts-based consulting company that helps housing authorities, developers, municipalities, and families manage the relocation process. We were founded to make relocation less overwhelming and more thoughtful. After working in the field, we saw how important it is to have someone guide both the client and the residents through every step. Our services combine strong compliance with empathy, because we believe relocation can be done the right way.

Relocation Planning
We work closely with clients to draft clear and actionable relocation plans that meet compliance requirements and project needs.
Resident Communication
We share clear, timely updates and ensure all residents are informed and feel supported. When federal funding triggers relocation, we provide required URA notices, such as General Information Notices and Notices of Non-Displacement or Eligibility. We offer information in preferred languages and create space for questions in a way that feels accessible to everyone.
